What’s your Why? My why? I love life, I love trying to get better every day because I know I have plenty of room for improvement.
I want to live with passion and not settle for mediocre.
I want to be better for my kiddos and my husband.
I want to learn and I want to share the useful information I have learned with others, to encourage and support them.
I want to make money, be happy and be able to get a new outfit when I want to and where I want to.
It’s important to keep your why in focus each day in order to remind yourself of why you need to do some of the hard things you do. Your why is what gets you through on the days when circumstances and the people around you make you feel crazy.
If you haven’t read the book, Start With Why by @simonsinek you totally should. It will change the way you look at your life and your job, how you talk with your patients and your kids.
When you are convincing others of your point of view or trying to get them on your side, it is important to let them know the why behind your point of view. It’s also important to seek to understand their why and their point of view.
I know patients understand and are way more willing to be compliant when they get the true picture of why you are asking them to take a medicine, get a procedure or change their lifestyle.
Follow me to get small encouragements along your beautiful journey.
